AIPAC Protest in Sacramento

December 2, 2012, at the invitation of the Chico Palestine Action Group, I participated in the annual AIPAC protest in front of the Red Lion Inn in Sacramento, in the rain.  You can see some videos on You Tube.  AIPAC is a group that supports the illegal occupation of Palestinian land.  I agree with Desmond Tutu, "Regrettably, the time has come to force an end to Israel's occupation of Palestinian territory."

 Observe, without prejudice, Being Here Now, with Forgiveness, see Love Curing Fear, with empathy, Gratitude, and Courage.  This has become my mantra; a way to calm and train my mind.  Multiple inhales on the first two or three syllables and then exhale on the last syllable of each statement.  It helps me feel better.
