Observe

 Observe, without prejudice, Being Here Now, with Forgiveness, see Love Curing Fear, with empathy, Gratitude, and Courage.  This has become my mantra; a way to calm and train my mind.  Multiple inhales on the first two or three syllables and then exhale on the last syllable of each statement.  It helps me feel better.
